TUPPERWARE PARTY UPDATE.

35% Discount at Picture People before 9/12/09

I just wanted to let everyone know that right now there is a coupon that I can email to you that there is one free portrait and an additional 35% off. Although it needs to be used before this Saturday 9/12/09. Than because Sunday is Grand Parents day there is a special that you can get 2 free 8 x 10's. I saved lots of money on Sunday.

Ok I decided to try to be a "Money Saving Mom". Let me be the first to say it isn't as easy as you think I went to 3 stores and do you know how hard that would have been if I had my boys with me? Luckily I have my mom and my mother-in-law that was here watching them so I took advantage. Ok so anyways I got the adds for Walgreens, CVS, and Target. First I went to coupons.com and printed any coupons that I could get to help me save even more. At Walgreens everyone talks about saving and getting almost everything for free so I decided to try it, but there is one thing I told myself, just because I can get it for free doesn't mean I need it. Than I looked at CVS's add I see that you need to have their card to save, So I applied for one. Than Target has Diapers on sale. So my first stop was Walgreens and I got 2 hair dies, Shampoo and conditioner, 4 mouth washes, and a Windex outdoor window wash. So I paid out of pocket $30 for everything but I still have $8 to use for next week. So it really cost me $22 which isn't bad for all that. Than I stopped at Target which has diapers on sale. The sale is buy two Huggies big pack and get a $5 target card. So first I printed 4 coupons from Coupons.com for $1.50 off each package and than I went. So I paid less than $70 after tax for 288 size 3, and 96 size 4. witch comes out to .17 a diaper, but I still have a $5 target gift card for my future diapers. Than my last stop was CVS. I did make one mistake there I should have more than one CVS card because you only can get the extra buck offers once per card. Anyways I went there for one reason the deodorant I use was supper cheep. I like the clinical strength Degree and it was on sale 2/$15 with $5 extra bucks. But I also printed up 4 $2 coupons. So it cost me $15 for 4 deodorant when they are usually $7.99 at the grocery store. I messed up because I should have an extra $5 extra bucks to use for next time, but I guess I know for next time. Also I wasn't aware that there were no coupons in Sundays paper so I got some anyways, but there was 20% off one item at Bed Bath and Beyond I could always use stuff from there, and there were coupons for 40% off any item at Micheals and I could always use frames especially when you have kids. I can't wait until Sundays paper to check out the adds and coupons. I can't wait to see what deals I can get next week. I know that everyone will try to go to other grocery stores and buy food Items at these places but I can't; I need to be true to Stater Bros.

I saved 20% on my new carseat at Babies R Us.

Ok so if you haven't seen this add yet at Babies R Us yet I hope this helps you. So one of my neighbors is a manager at Toys R Us and I asked him if he knew anything about this Great Trade-In. I mainly wanted to know if it mattered about the condition things are in. So he told me it didn't matter. I also doubled check and I believe that it is because this is Safety month at Babies R is and they want people to get rid of their unsafe items so it really doest matter the condition. So I have a really nice Eddie Bauer 3-N-1 play yard that My son broke the leg so it is really unsafe. So I couldn't even had it down to anyone, what a bummer. Although by taking it to Babies R Us I saved 20% on the new Car seat I need for Travis because he is getting to big for the carrier. Here is my receipt and a picture of my new car seat. If you don't have anything to trade in if you go to a Babies R Us before September 18th you can get a coupon for 15% off that can be used between September 19th - October 1st.
